Insulate Hampshire is a council backed initiative being brought to you by Hampshire County Council, 11 District & Borough Councils including New Forest District Council and with funding from Scottish Power. The scheme is offering all New Forest residents access to FREE cavity wall and loft insulation (and you don't have to be over a certain age), it is for everyone!!
