How does climate change and "peak oil" affect us in Christchurch?
Come and explore the issues at a film screening at the Regent Centre in Christchurch on Sunday 29th March at 2.30pm and Thursday 2 April at 10am (admission free, all welcome). We will be viewing the film "A Crude Awakening" (PG) followed by an informal discussion.
Christchurch is at the very beginning of exploring the transition towns concept. There will be a discussion evening on Thursday 16 April at 7.30pm at Druitt Hall, Christchurch to take forward the ideas explored at the film screenings to the next level of local sustainability.
